亚马逊货件超重3次会被停掉发货权限。

解决方法。

1.去到货件里面点Confirm 确认问题【如果点了公开调查的,需要到对应的case里面邮件回复I confirm the problems.bla… 】 

2.然后同时发邮件到 seller-performance@amazon.com 

如果case里面要求Plan of Action的,在case里面同时回复邮件。【下面是我的邮件模板,供参考】

 

Dear Seller Performance Team,

 

We are so sorry to make mistake on the shipping plan 货件名称.

To avoid similar issues happen again .

First: We will carefully check every demands about FBA Shipping plans and keep attention for any future update information.

Seconds, We will make a paper list for our warehouse workers to make sure the know every details.

Third, we will arrange a QC to double check before shipment.

 

Please check and reinstate our ability about New FBA Plans.

If any future action need to be done from our side, please let me know.
