Subject: Account suspended without a performance notice or reason being given
I am writing today because my account, like many others posting in the Amazon Seller Forums, was apparently suspended on (date) and I have not received any notice from Amazon about an issue with my account or any way to appeal this suspension.
Please respond with information about the issue with my account.
- You don’t have to because Amazon already knows, but you can, attach a screen shot of Seller Central showing that the account is suspended.
- You don’t need the Merchant Token. Amazon will look up the account by your email. BUT … This is the link to your Merchant Token if you feel you want to add that too … Your Merchant Token 5
- You don’t need the Account Health Status screen shot.
PLEASE post if you get the reinstatement notice so everyone will know.
Understand that this may or may not get it “auto-reinstated.” If they don’t reinstate it hopefully they will respond, although, under the new BSA which took effect 8/16/2019, 10 they are not required to yet.
